The Intensive Diploma in Business Management program, offered in conjunction with Australia's AliWelch Institute, is an Australian RTO accredited course specially designed to prepare students for academic advancement to a business degree. Students will gain an appreciation of the business environment and its dynamics, and develop a fundamental understanding of the principles in management, finance and human resource.
As a RTO (Registered Training Organization) program under the Australian Qualification Framework, this Intensive Diploma meets the rigorous administrative, delivery, staffing, facility, marketing, financial, quality assurance and assessment standards agreed to by the Federal, State and Territory Governments in Australia. Students who successfully complete our RTO accredited Intensive Diploma program will be granted credits into any Australian university to pursue a degree in any business discipline. |

| This is a 12-month program with 3 times a week lectures and tutorials, with holidays in June and December. Students opt for either the Day Class that runs from 9:30am to 12:30pm, or the Night Class that runs from 7pm to 10pm. |

| The College's training approach is based on experiential learning principles in which the student is regarded as the most important ingredient in the learning process. The curriculum is planned with emphasis on demonstration of competency in core areas such as problem-solving skills, role play, presentations, case studies, written assignments and group projects. |

Students undertake assessments at the end of each module, not end of term examinations, to demonstrate knowledge, competence and understanding. Assessments enable application and reflection on skill development. Students are assessed using a variety of methods including case studies, assignments, presentations, videotaped role-plays, and module-specific projects. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded the Intensive Diploma in Business Management by Lee Community College / AliWelch Institute*.

| Applicants should possess at least 5 'N' level credits, including English and Mathematics; or an equivalent recognized qualification. In lieu of the academic qualifications, mature applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. |

Upon successful completion of the Intensive Diploma program, students have the option of pursuing either an American degree or an Australian degree. They can attain the:
- Bachelor of Business Administration with the American University for Humanities (AUfH)
Earn an accredited American degree* in Singapore through LEE Community College with the AUfH. It's a 3-year BBA degree program that offers a thorough grounding in the theories, methods and practice of contemporary business practices, imparted in an innovative manner that commensurates with the demands and requirements of the global process of change.
- Bachelor of Business Administration with ANY Australian University
Gain advanced standing and exemptions to a BBA with any Australian university* and graduate in 2 years!
With an Intensive Diploma in Business Management from Australia's AliWelch Institute (RTO certified), students are recognized as having an Australian qualification and can apply for entry into any Australian university to pursue a 2-year degree in any business discipline.
*Entry to university will be dependent on the students' results and the requirements of the universities. Completion of the program in 4 years will also depend on students' proficiencies and competencies.

- The monthly installment rate of $506 is calculated based on the loan amount of $5,885 on a 1-year tenure.
- Above calculations are for illustration purpose only. The monthly installment amounts shown should not be taken as the actual amounts payable. Applicants will have to consult POSB for exact installment amount based on their loan amount and tenure.
- Promotional rates apply for participating institutions only.
- The effective interest rate is 5.88% p.a. Interest is calculated on a reducing monthly rest basis.
- This education loan is open to part-time local students.
- Both Borrower and Guarantor must have a minimum income of at least S$12,000 per annum.
- The loan amount granted is at the sole discretion of the bank. LEE Community College does not guarantee and is not responsible for the granting of the loan and the loan amount granted by the bank. In principle, it has been set at 6 times your monthly income or up to S$50,000, whichever is lower
- LEE Community College will only accept a maximum of 2 disbursements under the Progressive Disbursement Plan.
