Gear your company up for Business Continuity when crisis arises. Equip your managers with the tools of the trade to deal with a crisis situation. Our program is structured to put theoretical knowledge into practice as we train your managers how to adopt the best-of-breed practices in managing incidents and sharpen their awareness of potentials threats round and about them.

This is a 1-day program that runs from 9am to 5pm.

Dr Frederick Toke, PsyD, is the Trainer for this course. He holds a Doctorate in Psychology and is a member of the American Counseling Association. He heads LEE Community College as the President and also wears the hat of External Clinical Supervisor of the Psychological Academic Studies Group with the National Institute of Education (NIE), a division of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Author of several life skills books, he also lectures in counseling programs, holds public talks/seminars and counsels the community.

Dr Toke is also a Certified Trainer of the Critical Incident Stress Management Program by University of Maryland.

Known for his light-hearted and interactive style of delivery (see Testimonies), Dr Toke creatively combines role-play, video presentations and illustrations in his lectures to impart practical knowledge to participants. Skills gained can be applied immediately into participants’ personal and professional lives.

At the end of the program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion by Lee Community College.
